Tuition Payment Information

St. Mary's Catholic School depends upon tuition to meet operating expenses. If a problem paying tuition exists, please call the Principal for help in finding a solution.

Tuition may be paid in full or by the month. No discount will be given for tuition at the parish rate if a Parish Verification Form is not on file. Tuition paid by the month can be paid over a ten- (10) month period. The first payment is due by August 1st, or upon official acceptance of new students. The Registration Fee secures the student's place in the school.

Tuition payments must be kept current. All monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payment will be delinquent after the 15th of the month. A $15.00 fee will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.

Payments made to lunch accounts may be mailed in with tuition payments. When including payments for two or more areas, please indicate amounts intended for each separate area. (i.e. tuition, lunch, ESC, etc.)

When sending checks or any money to the school, please put the funds in an envelope with the child's name, grade/class, and what the money is for written on the outside of the envelope.

Financial statements are sent home monthly.

Tuition must be current and other financial obligations met for the student to receive a report card each quarter. Any family more than two months behind in tuition will be asked to meet with the Principal and Business Manager to discuss setting a payment schedule or possible withdrawal.
