Mrs. Christa Jackson

Assistant Principal and Director of Admissions

Mrs. Christa Jackson grew up in Cave Spring and graduated from Thornwood School in Rome before getting her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Agnes Scott College. She went on to receive her masters in Special Education from the University of West Georgia. Mrs. Jackson taught at Pepperell Middle School from 1988-1991 and began as the Admissions/Development Director at Saint Mary’s in 1995. She served alongside Janet Byington as Interim Principal of Saint Mary’s during the 2000-2001 school year. Currently, she is the Assistant Principal and Admissions Director. Mrs. Jackson has been associated with Saint Mary’s since her twin boys began kindergarten in the fall of 1985. All four of Mrs. Jackson’s sons graduated from Saint Mary’s School, and proudly put their handprints on the wall! She has been married to Charles Jackson, her high school sweetheart, for over 30 years. They are members of First Baptist Church of Cave Spring, where four generations of her family have attended.
