Mr. Lowell Brown

Music

Mr. Lowell Brown is the music teacher at St. Mary’s for K-8th grade, having moved to Rome in 2002. He is married to the former Kim Rampley of Rome, and they have two grown children and two grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Brown teach private lessons in their home to over seventy students each week in voice, piano, and instrumental music. Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Church Music degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as a band director in the Florida Public School System and in the music ministry of several Southern Baptist churches.
