Parent Teacher Organization
The Saint Mary’s Catholic School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) partners with the school administration and faculty to organize and facilitate parental involvement to enhance the educational experience of our students. The PTO provides a forum for parents and administration to communicate and discuss school policies and activities. The volunteer organization promotes unity as a community through fundraisers, programs for student, teacher and parent enrichment and community service projects and events.

School Advisory Council
The Saint Mary’s Catholic School Advisory Council provides advice and counsel to the school administration regarding the operation of the school. Advisory Council members do not make policy nor do they have a role in hiring, evaluation or decision making with regards to SMS personnel. The Advisory Council consists of the following committees: Mission Effectiveness, Finance, Development, Public Relations and Marketing, Advocacy, Technology and Facilities. The Advisory Council provides leadership and coordination of all committee functions and responsibilities and acts as a liaison between the school administration and the parent community.
